California has the largest child welfare system in the nation – touching the lives of almost 600,000 children and their families each year

The California Child Welfare Co-Investment Partnership is a collaborative group of state agencies, foundations and other nonprofit organizations whose purpose is improving the lives of children and families who are in or are at risk of entering the state's child welfare system. The Partners work to ensure a coordinated, collaborative approach to the investments needed to improve the child welfare outcomes of safety, permanency and well-being.
